Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? No problem. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item hasn’t been dispatched. Just contact us with the subject line: "Order Cancellation for Order #."
Returning Your Purchase
We accept returns or exchanges for unused, full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please note:
Sale and personalized items are final and non-refundable.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn and sent back in their original packaging, including all protective materials and documentation. If using your own carrier, ensure you choose a traceable method, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Returns not meeting these standards will be declined.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at info@raestudio.shop within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll ensure it’s resolved promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email detailing your refund, which will appear in your original payment method within 7 days.
